Perla Limón is a high-end beachfront property in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, one of the world's best kiteboarding and wing foiling destinations. Named for El Gran Limón, a pearl pulled from these waters in 1883 that found its way into the Imperial State Crown.

V1 opens as four geodesic dome pearl beds, elevated in a Cardón cactus forest with private hot tubs and 60 meters of Sea of Cortez beachfront.
